Class Information
Our community physiotherapy classes are designed specifically for adults who want to maintain and improve their physical health in a supportive, social environment.
Each session includes gentle exercises, strength training, stretching, balance work tailored to your individual abilities and education. Classes are led by certified physiotherapists who ensure safe, effective movements for all participants.

About Aoife:
Role: Chartered Physiotherapist
Association: CORU & ISCP
Aoife is a physiotherapist based in Dublin and a 2023 graduate of the University of Worcester, where she earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy.
She has experience in care of the elderly and orthopaedic rehabilitation and currently works with children with physical disabilities.
Aoife is committed to empowering others to achieve their goals and maintain active, healthy lives. In her free time, she enjoys fitness and the outdoors.

About Leire:
Role: Chartered Physiotherapist
Association: CORU & ISCP
Leire is a dedicated chartered physiotherapist who graduated in the Basque Public University in Spain, where she got a Bachelor of Ageing and Ergonomics in physiotherapy.
With over 2 years experience in providing comprehensive patient care in a rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin, she brings expertise and genuine compassion to every class.
She is experienced in treating orthopaedic patients recovering from surgical procedures and this has strengthened her skills in patient-centered care, functional rehabilitation and long-term recovery planning.
